@@sam_boy I think that since they have skipped 366 episodes of Bleach and straight away jumped to Bleach TYBW, new viewers won't be able to connect with the main characters, not to mention Ichigo is a grown up man in TYBW whereas in Bleach he is a teenager.
Talking about the old watchers, no sane person who has watched hundreds of episodes of Bleach in either English Sub or Dub would consider watching this. Same happened when CNI directly brought Wano arc or when Amazon Prime brought Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest after skipping so many episodes.
