I remember coming forward with my lack of confidence with my speech professor back before I transferred to a new college to continue my education. That woman gave me vital methods to help me gain some confidence, and I'm happy that I got to take that class. She was great.

I really love this. I never had this kind of attention back in the day because most of my teachers were pricks. They wouldnt care the least about my mental health when i was at my lowest (not even my tutor) and with the exception of 3, it was painful. No, I’m not okay. I’m 24 years old and I still haven’t graduated college. I know it’s not a race and everyone finishes when they finish, but it really sucks seeing former classmates graduated already and starting their lives with their careers and starting little families and I’m here just behind. It especially sucks when you’re the older sibling still in college and your younger star child sister managed to finish in four years and you’re still going at it. I’m sure I’ll be okay with it tomorrow, but right now I’m sad and mad at myself about it lol 😭😂
I’m in the same boat my friend. But it’s okay! Not everyone is meant to start college as a teenager especially since that can be a big life decision. Don’t feel bad :)
