@milanobus, yes we recently heard this from one of our clients- they were hit by someone without plates, fortunately the at fault party could not drive the car away and the police confirmed the vehicle had not been registered or insured in over 3 years. be careful out there ~ Tia
Is this why people are taking their license plates off? Easier to hit and run.
