I feel like Freddy pre-patch deserve that spot for DPS also for running loudness if you didn't know you can't hear the character lynx unless they're right beside you and ghost only gets that perk when he's in invisibility and it's not even as good

Its own character is stupid. When he is met with other character with high skill ceiling and a good player controlling it. Bastion is a crown. In 1v1. He mighy be a bit better in 3v3 or 5v5 when he can protect his friend. His literal only job is to protect friend. 1v1 he is trash
Dragoon is like a perfect balance. Thats why i main him. He has good defense, and offense. He is so fast for a tank and has a blink skill. He can provide movespeed for allies too.
