There is a difference between Z and C
Z stun but does knockback in random direction and you cant use other spell for a while
C stun but doesnt knockback and you can use other spell immediately.

Wrath of shu is mainly used for stunning cuz when u use it it freezes ur enemies

Yo the blue side is for speed and the red is for attack there's a glitch if you charge up your spirit up to 9 then spam when it's on blue until there's Zero switch fruit to conserve perm speed and do that all over again until you're sonic the hedgehog

White spirits buffs you the red spirits kill npc or players wrath of ra will do so much damage and does flame damage too wrath of shu teleports you near enemy and attack them and you can combo them easily
