Kolmen valtakunnan vaellus/ Solo hiking for five days in three countries, 18.-22.09.23

I went on a five-day hiking to Finland, Sweden and Norway. I started from Kilpisjärvi in Finland, from where I took a boat across the lake to Koltaluokta in Sweden. From there it was 3 km to the Three-Country Cairn, from where I continued to the fells of Sweden and Norway. I hiked back to Kilpisjärvi through the Finnish Malla Strict Nature Reserve. There was autumn, the first snow and aurora borealis, as well as great landscapes. English subtitles.
Käisin viiepäevasel matkal Soomes, Rootsis ja Norras. Alustasin Soomest Kilpisjärvelt, kust sõitsin paadiga üle järve Rootsi Koltaluoktasse. Sealt oli 3 km kolme riigi piiripunktini, kust jätkasin Rootsi ja Norra tundrutele. Läbi Soome Malla looduspargi matkasin tagasi Kilpisjärvele. Oli sügisevärve, lund, virmalisi ja muidugi imekaunid tundrumaastikud.
Kävin kolmen valtakunnan vaelluksella. Aloitin Kilpisjärveltä, josta lähdin venekyydillä järven yli Ruotsin Koltaluoktaan. Sieltä oli matkaa 3 km kolmen valtakunnan rajapyykille, josta jatkoin Ruotsin ja Norjan tuntureille. Palasin Kilpisjärvelle Suomen Mallan luonnonpuiston kautta. Oli ruskaa, ensilunta ja revontulia sekä hienot maisemat. Tekstitys suomeksi.

Thank you! Yes, my hike was a bit too late in September. In general the end of August and the beginning of September is the best time for autumn colors, in Finnish ruskaaika :). Hopefully the sky will be clear during your hike so that you can also see the northern lights. During my hike, unfortunately, the sky was cloudy all the time and only one night I managed to see the northern lights.
