Of course bees regurgitate. That's how they make what I refer to as "bee barf," i.e. honey. If you like honey, I suggest you not read how it's made. 🐝 Sorry to hear about your health issues. I hope you feel better soon.
I would recommend an improvement: Make the whole easily detachable so you can slide the frame in a hive box with the top as cover. Then unscrew the top from the frame so the frame with the bees remains in the hive box when you remove the top. Add frames as necessary to the box and close the lid. Screw the top onto a new frame and reset the trap. Minimal disturbance on the bees and a lot quicker.
See Yappy this what I'm talking about I'd stay live the whole time with you while u r out getting swarms out of peoples houses or in trees. This is the BEST!! I'm sad I missed the live but I'm watching now!!!

I hadn't done anything on swarming yet - my heroine made her maiden flight to gather nectar in the last one. I also want to cover things like their little orientation dance, the life of a drone, housekeeping, fighting off attackers, weather changes, and more. I'll have to get into some of the back videos and learn from you! If you have any suggestions for high points in a bee's life, I'd appreciate it.

Studies show bees can sense chemical signals from humans, and I think this is why my friends and I who aren't worried, rarely get stung, but a friend who's scared of them does get stung -- even when we're all in the same place. And of course, if someone is already worried, and then gets stung more, it can make them even more scared in the future. I used to be afraid of bees till a beekeeping neighbor showed me how awesome they are, and ever since then, I don't worry about getting stung and I haven't been stung in years. ❤

I usually hate live videos because usually its half an hour of people fiddling with microphones followed by 2 hours of inane chatter about nothing. Frankly, most TH-camrs are FAR less interesting than they think they are and a script and visual aids and loads of editing is essential to make the content paletable. Yours is literally the only channel Ive ever seen a live actually worth watching, because you are actually doing something interesting and being entertaining while doing it. Great content Yappy.

I have never personally used one. I use equipment that gives me the ability to extract with common equipment frame sizes. I believe those have the extra deep frames generally and it wouldn't work with my equipment.

You can use a metal clip that frame slips into like what a broom or shovel on a wall.then just pull frame off and place into hive box.
