It does represent our culture, because Maple Syrup are linked to maple syrup shacks and the art of boiling the tap to make it a syrup. linked with having maple trees forest which you have to walk through with lots of snow in them. And the shack is linked to having family gatherings since back in the days you needed a lot of people to make it work. Meaning family dinners with ways to keep warm : eating, dancing, playing music (no electricity in the middle of a forest) So yea it represent our culture because it was the way of life back in the days that shaped our culture. food, music, family mentality.
