I however face a problem particularly in my right ear piece, it sometimes crackles. But, most of the time I don't face this issue. Bass is also decent, loudness is pretty good, there are 3 modes - signature sound, balanced mode, and gaming mode. All are good. I would suggest if your budget is ~1.5k, go for it. Worth the money.

How is the ear fit? The earlier neckbands had ear fins to hold the plugs in place. This one does not have.
