3:30 well, it looks like its not a market day, on market days stalls tend to be more ocupied and ones near entrance are first ones to be seen so have an advantage.
btw, i am not from Vilnius but from Šiauliai, well actualy a village just north of it. a native. usually main main market days are saturday and sunday i think.
