Thank you, thank you so much for putting up these vids. I've been trying to recover from a severe back injury that eventually left me using a walker at the age of 25 and forced me to retire my figure skating career much earlier than planned. However, after my implant, your vids along with Wildabeasts. Matts, and basically the whole gang there lol, really inspire me to keep moving even if it's a difficult and painful day. I think it's the work and energy you guys put into your dancing, it's contagious, in a very good way. As a result, I'm recovering a LOT faster and can climb steps, walk longer distances, DANCE, wear high heels, and even run short distances now vs. using the walker in the beginning. At one time I never dreamed of being able to do those things again. So thank you. :) It's made a BIG difference in my recovery, I'm getting stronger day by day, and I'm looking forward to getting back on the ice.

I had to chuckle to myself in the last round because I could see a few girls going through the moves. I grew up dancing and know that once you learn a choreography, every time you hear that song you will rehearse those moves. Just thought it was nice to see how normal it is 😄
