I played this and K545 in a concert both at 144bpm. No wonder my hands were tired, I played them too quick lol. However, I do think these classical pieces should be played a bit faster than original, because then the quick trills or grace notes do not have a accented affect if you know what i mean
Thanks for your comment. It seems to me that these Sonatinas are usually played at ‘break-neck’ speed to try and make them seem more difficult. I’ve presented this as an alternative to that trend and, personally, find it much more tasteful.
Really nice tempo, I don't understand how most people play these really fast, they're ruining the galant phrasing, they sound really bad. Wonderful performance sir.

@@danielsignorini5845 Thank you very much for your thoughtful comment.
@@DanielRobertsMusic. Por nada. Un abrazo Daniel! (Nos llamamos igual, jajaja)
Elegante, sobrio, equilibrado y didáctico. ¡Amo a Clementi! (y a Czerny y a Heller)
I think I was around seven years old when I learned this lovely little sonatina! ❤
Awesome!

Lovely
Thank you.
That’s not spirituoso.
If you say so.
As I’ve mentioned here before, I have an aversion to these Sonatinas being taken too fast.
