I think, this is not a buy at this level because last weekly candle formed bearish hammer seeing rejection by 200-MA. And, in my view it could form a M- Pattern and find support at Rs-61.

Madam, you have missed main point regarding India Bull Realestate, it being taken over by Embassy Group. The process of taking over is almost over. That is why there is lot of interest from FII. I think, the market will not appreciate without any change in fundamentals. Though the fundamentals are not great right now, after completion of takeover, the company will grow in the coming years. That is why there is momentum in the stock.

I can't beleive,someone who is SEBI registered is doing fundamental research using basic data of screener and talking about share like indiabulls real estate and simply saying that 'I did not understand it's fundamentals'.
And about second stock it has given better return than its past profit growth. Share may go into multi year consolidation and money of retail people may get stuck at higher prices.
If you want to discuss about fundamentals of any company then please do some in-depth analysis about the capacity of company, location of plant, capacity utilisation, upcoming events to watch, important raw material of company's product.
Please make some efforts before uploading videos on you tube.

Stylum is looking awesome for future whereas I will definitely avoid IBReal estate as I want to get earning with safety and not for momentary gain with high risk. 🙏
I prefer Oberai reality, Prestige est but not IBRE in reat estate.
Even if God will come to me and say that Indiabulls will get 10 times, I won't even invest a penny in this junk... but thank you for this analysis
