The trailer is confusing and nonsensical. Besides, there is a sister and a brother. She doesn't like playwrights and is unemployed actor. Nothing else makes sense. A series of confrontations, stymied attempts at a meeting, and chance meetings. No clue who the central characters may be or what story might be told.
It's a 90's movie. You would cast Taylor Nichols as the playwright, Alessandro Nivola as the dad, Joey Lauren Adams as the spicy girl . . . Maybe you would get Edward Burns to play the son, and he would call his dad "all-star". The marketing guys would compare it to a Robert Altman film, but during the press junket people would discuss what a powerful inspiration Abel Ferrara was. Nothing would happen, except the sister and the brother would hug at the end.
@@jeffrey.p.thornton At first, I believed you were attempting to offer insight into the trailer. I saw it again. Random scenes of random characters with random dialogue isn't a very good trailer. Clearly, you know a great deal about films and actors. Robert Altman films were intriguing to me but I was never a big fan. My favorite Altman film would be "The Long Goodbye". I didn't like "The Player". The protagonist was too unlikable for me.
I like the way that one actress said "obstreperous". She had to throw a lot of energy out in order to sell it.
😳🫢‼️ Sorry guys but, this looks A W F U L
I couldn’t even sit through this trailer 😴
you are correct!
I sat thru it………no idea why but I sat thru it.
The video is great, you need to keep promoting your channel. Is not hard.
Very interesting trailer, thank you.
I noticed that in some of your videos that the music is too loud and distracts from the dialogue.
But that's how it is in mainstream movies.
