I love how the mom says "my daughter is dating a doctor" clearly not caring that she is a woman. it's so nice to see this reaction showing how accepting her mom is.

So happy that the Hallmark channel got with the times and aired this...they need to continue to show movies that reflect the diversity of our world.
A ground breaking movie from Hallmark! The music used in the first kissing scene was one of thee most beautifully shot and acted scenes I have witnessed in a movie in a very long time! I had tears in my eyes! So amazing and beautifully portrayed! Kudos to both actresses for such a heartwarming singular moment on Television! I kept the movie on my TIVO and have replied that scene many times with the same reaction. The intensity, joy and heart fluttering excitement of a new unexpected love! Several follow-up Movies should absolutely be done!

@@Garcelle1987 very much agreed. I’ve watched many movies where the acting was cringe or they had zero chemistry. This couple was very cute. Though if I had to act opposite Arienne Mandi I wouldn’t have to pretend.

Also, you may know this already but I think there's a slightly longer version of the hiking kiss that I think is missing from a lot of the TH-cam clips - I don't have Hallmark so I'm not sure if that is the version they use on their platform
But anyway, there are just these beautiful moments between the couple, nose touch, loving & tender stare, especally from Taylor right before they kiss again.

Now this movie was good; it could have used way more gay and screen time for the gay, but Hallmark is definitely heading in the right direction, and overall I thought it was a delight.
