May 21, 2019 Please help out the Richmond to El Sobrante area deer. The creeks are polluted with new garbage every night and the deer have run out of clean water to drink. The creeks need to be cleaned out on a daily basis. Garbage collection (huge bins) should be open on every block for the poor to dump their garbage (especially motor oil, etc.) for free.
