1. How to create Environment in Azure DevOps and connect it to VM, and install IIS and dotnet core hosting bundle.
2. How to deploy Azure DevOps agent on windows server VM.
3. Finally, use the Environment to link the VM to Azure DevOps and deploy a dotnet core app on IIS on the VM.
