From the 1 minute mark, the front & rear of the turtle is aligned to one side as the design is not large enough to cover the 2x4x4 dimensions. When the block of basswood is being cut, the front & rear of the turtle are appropriately sized. I printed your turtle design from the beavercraft drive that was provided by signing up and the turtle is listed in the 2x4x6 section. I’m looking down at a piece of 2x4x4 as I type this, with the cutouts glued exactly as at the beginning of the video. I can’t express how frustrating this is. I don’t know what the other commenter meant by there being a totally different turtle at the end of the video but considering that the dimensions provided in this video and the dimensions provided from the google drive are both inaccurate, I’m losing faith in this channel. This is one of beavercraft’s more popular videos. Considering the video description includes that this is a tutorial video & that I have bought several Beavercraft products - please be consistent with the information you put out. If you’re still reading, thanks.
