This song is based on Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet”, and Nightingale refers to the line by Juliet saying “It was the nightingale, and not the lark.” Also, Sayonakidori is written as “小夜啼鳥” in Japanese, which combination of phrases “小”=“sa”(small), “夜”=“yo”(night), “啼”=“naki”(singing/crying), “鳥”=“tori/dori”(bird). The song title doesn’t relate to Miku or the small pigeon 😅

Good reaction on this song. For me Miku has the most awesome personality that I know! Her vision, her constant drive to do better, her conviction and determination is so powerful! To boot she is also so cute and when she winks its just has a shattering effect on me....I've been lucky enough to have met her in person twice and those were very memorable moments. Wow! What I like most about her is the she is smart, driven, and humble! She had a vision, but understood her style that a different type of singer was needed. Very few musicians can see the larger picture behind their big egos.
