    the girl at 16:10 was pulling on the bit so hard and kept hitting her horse when he was scared:(

      nothing wrong with what the rider did, the pulling on the bit was to get the horse in the right position to be able to Jump, the use of the crop was not excessive, the horse was playing up and the rider was telling it that it's behaviour was not acceptable....
