Yeah, my problem is that our garbage drawer has something like this, and we pulled it out for cleaning and the bearing strips both slid out from inside the mounted portion and wouldn’t go back in. It wasn’t working that great anyway, since the drawer wouldn’t open all the way before we cleaned it. So I assume something was wrong with it but I’m not sure how to fix it or if we should just replace the glides.
Those Kreg slide jigs are horrible. They sag under the weight of the heavier duty slides and they sag big time when you put the drawer on them, no matter how tight the clamps are. They were so bad I threw them in the garbage.

Spray some silicone spray on the ball bearing and rails side it back in forth many times. It will work like a charm. Some how it fixes it self.

how do yo install the track on the drawer without the kreg jig?
I'm in same situation... but I'm thinking to cut a jig to size and clamp it to the sides of the cabinet.
