I personally visited this area, it's very far fom Rawalpindi & Islamabad on Kalar Syeda village side which itself is almost 20 KM from Rawat G.T Road. Recommended for retired people only, if you have job or business in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi city or school going children then it would be a daily traveling to another city

As far the prices are concerned, in sector A 90% houses are 8 marla, whereas in sector B 30% houses are 8 marla and the prices are almost same for 5 marla. 8 Marlas are a bit expensive but not a lot. Mostly the difference in prices depends upon the condition of houses and their location.
