The site does not work. I clicked all the options but it always states "Note: An operation can only be carried out if the information is correct and only for the selected service."
Hi there :-) The statement you are referring to is just a standard statement on the 'Service selection' page - this isn't an error message. If you are not shown the appointment booking calendar after entering your details and clicking 'Next', it is most likely because there are no appointments currently available. You will usually see the following message at the very top of the page: "There are currently no dates available for the selected service! Please try again later."
Great video. I got my Germany Student Visa from a German embassy and will be moving to berlin very soon. My visa is valid for 90 days. In the service selection section which option should I choose? Apply for a residence title or extend a residence title?
Hi there! The booking system is unfortunately extremely frustrating - when this happens, it is because another applicant has secured the appointment ahead of you. There isn't much advice from the German authorities aside from continuing to persist with your search for an appointment. Here is some information from the Berlin immigration office regarding appointments that you may find useful: www.berlin.de/einwanderung/en/services/appointments/
Thanks for the video! I managed to secure an appointment online :) The system only asks for just my first and last name, but I also have a middle name on my passport. Will this be a problem when I arrive at my appointment?
I don't envision this being a problem as the appointment is clearly for you (and matches the name shown in your passport, albeit missing your middle name) - if you'd like to double-check this, you can try to contact the immigration office via their contact form although it's unlikely you'll receive a response from them.
Hi there! This is definitely a very common frustration with the booking system - it generally means that another applicant has beaten you to the available appointment, which is very infuriating. If you are running out of time to apply for your visa/residence permit, then I also recommend contacting the immigration office directly via their contact form to explain your situation and that you require an urgent appointment: www.berlin.de/einwanderung/ueber-uns/kontakt/
Hello sir I am Bangladeshi . I want go german . Now I am 2 years in Romania. Now I am working a metall factory . so I want know know what is process .. thank you
In most cases, you need to apply for a new work permit at the immigration office when you switch employers - the process for scheduling an appointment for this is the same as described in the video.
Thanks! Super informative!

And when there was an appointment was available and I selected a date and time. It wouldn't let me book it.

Can we get a video on how to start a PC and how to shut it down that will be great
Every once in a while I finally get to the calendar page but there's nothing under "time selection." It's been 2 months, now kind of a nightmare
