My sci-fi novel is about an AI Therapy startup which uses EEG earbuds to make AI therapist so much better. Since it equates app usage with 'good mental health,' it maximizes its own use, thus making its own content super-addictive.

20:07 I don’t think it’s as much of a stigma as it is people are scared of what other people will think. I’ve always been scared that people are going to think I’m trying to jump off a bridge when all I’m trying to do is get the severity of the issue across to someone.. and a lot of people don’t understand how things work, they think “oh if I go in there and be honest they are going to lock me up in a psych ward.” Or whatever it maybe and I feel that’s more of a barrier than anything.. and I guess maybe that is considered a stigma around it but I don’t think it’s the fact of people not wanting to reach out for help, I feel a lot of people are willing to do that, I think it’s the reaction of the other person that deters people from saying something most of the time. This is just a very small example, but out of anyone who reads this message tell me how many of you would go to your parents, or your immediate support network and be honest and tell them you had thought about committing suicide? I know exactly what that answer is. And the worst part is I would say every single person on this planet has went thru a Time in their life where they just didn’t want to exist or be there anymore.. just because you have thought about it dosent mean you will do it and it dosent mean your a bad person and like I said everyone has been there, but again no one is just going to be honest and open about that because of the reaction that it will get.. and I think that’s what needs to be focused on, giving people the information they need to get help on their own and know what they are getting themselves into, and let them know they won’t get locked up In the psych ward, or anything like that and that it is normal to have those feelings, it’s when we think about acting on them and not doing anything about those issues when things get bad and people have to understand the difference. There just isn’t enough information or help out there for people and I think that ends up hurting people in the end

Sandra....we will always have wars..it's part of human history and behavior. Also, wars provide alot money to banks and governments. Normal people don't want wars, but our world is not run by our will.

May is Mental Health Awareness month. I won't dignify the story on chatbot 'therapy' by watching it. It is a horrific idea.

It doesn't matter the the ai chatbot gives you the most perfect answers. We are here on this earth to deal with humans, interact and communicate with humans. It is inherent to our emotional and spiritual growth
The AI psychologist, what do y'all think they are doing with those sessions people are having with it? for one you're training that AI and they are storing all of your sessions every word you type.
