Thank you so unbelievably much for this. More people need to post things like this without thinking they wont be helpful. Two years I went without being able to charge my phone or use bluetooth adapters!!! Thank you!
Wanted to say thank you! So glad I found this video, was able to replace the blown fuse myself after going for weeks being unable to charge my phone etc. You explained this very clearly and it was very helpful.
Perhaps they want to replace the assembly not the fuse. The drink holder is to small so i put it in the larger area and i have to replace my power source numerous times. This is a big design flaw.
@@dharter100 PERHAPS the downvoting mob should find a video on replacing “the assembly not the fuse” instead of bashing a dude who posted a video on exactly what his title described. The criticism about the car design is misdirected
Been watching your videos, do you have any of replacing the entire socket itself. Specifically the one in front of armrest. The metal parts all came apart and I'm trying to find out if I can replace the entire socket. Everything I can find only details the fuse replacement.
@lehew tech - hey bro would you happen to know where the fuse for the seat warmers are? They stopped working and the first thing i want to check is the fuse..

My lid broke also, but it really doesn't matter unless you keep small items in that little area. If you want to take it out though, try this --> th-cam.com/video/Vr8m93e6u8g/w-d-xo.html
THANK. YOU.!!! and thanks for those of you who asked how to take them out and said you have to use some extra force there. I wasn't sure I was doing it right until I read the comments!
Wow. Straight to the information. Skipped all the "dont forget to like and subscribe" and BS filler...and ads.....tyvm

So was it just the fuse issue?
What size fuse is it? I know it's 20 amp but is it a mini fuse micro etc???
I just had this problem i hope its just a fuse
If every other technical and DIY TH-cam channel delivered info the way you did on this video, the world would be that much better for it. Thanks!
Straight to the point…. Bless you!

Did you ever figure it out? I’m in the same situation
So if it’s not the two 20 Amp fuses it’s the 12 Volt socket itself I believe. Anyone know?
Awsome, thanks so much
