You didn't use the target ip address. You used your ip address where you running kage application and metasploit. How did you send the file to target device? You executed the .exe file in target device.

I have followed every single step and when I run the client file on another computer nothing happens, it doesn’t show in Kage of msfconsole. Anyone know why?
I am running into the same issue as well and not sure why
So I figured out the issue for me which most likely is the same for you. I had my Network config for Kali as NAT but you need to change it to Bridged if you are attempting to connect to your host machine

Hi! I am practicing this on VirtualBox Windows 10, I created exe file in Kage same way as in this video, I executed this exe file on Windows 10, but I can't get session in Kage. Any ideas why this is not working?
