The way this plane looks, it's not a good dogfighter. It looks more like an interceptor. I seriously doubt it could beat an F-22 if they got to the merge.
This plane looks cool and its maneouverability is excellent. It really is remarkable how Chinese aviation has advanced over the past two decades. However, those who think it can down F.22s and 35s based on this short video are speculating. It depends on the pilot and other variables, such as who has the superior firing position and better ordnance. We simply do not know and I hope for the sake of the world that we never do.

The US and allies are jokes. They can only fight with countries having no weapons such aa Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Vietnam, North Korea, etc. They struggled with the German and Hitler, lucky Russia ended Hitler with his army after how many years the Allies tried. The US weapons are toys.
I don't know about that; all I know is ws-10c is good enough for J20 to super cruise; there were once a J20's pilot said if the ws-15 is equipped on J20; J20 will be the king of the sky.
To be honest, I question the relevance of these aircrafts and the idea of “dogfights” in the 21st century. The control of airspace will be in drones and UAV’s. I do not see how you can control enemy airspace if they can continue to fire advanced missiles that can hit your planes, and if their missiles are unable to do that, the fanciest manned jets are unlikely to be able to do much better. And no need to train expensive pilots that can be taken out. The future is in unmanned vehicles and robotics, regardless of the sphere, be it air, ground, ocean surface, or under-sea.
It’s an air show and the public want to be entertained so a takeoff, a fly past and landing doesn’t suffice as I’ve been to a few shows. These guys capture the attention and I’m sure real life combat demonstrations would be inappropriate.

Instead, it should rely primarily on BVR capabilities, long-range radar, ECM, and other electronic and jamming systems when engaging these aircraft, as they are significantly more maneuverable and agile compared to the J-20.

See how long this aircraft is? This is basically a standoff interceptor missile truck. It's advantage is it holds more missiles than the western counterparts. Perhaps it holds more fuel too. Both good ideas for defending China. I am not sure what the USA counters with, longer range missiles / better radar / C130s that carry a whole bunch of missiles that it drops out the back in pods? I saw that recently, wondering why they thought that a C130 could get close enough before being blown out of the sky. Now the coming B21 is a WHOLE nother critter, way better missile / drone truck, if they make enough of them. This is all insanity of course, that just makes the war industrial complex (oligarchy) money. Which is why I don't think there will ever be a nuclear war. Ashes are not good at making money.
Did any one notice It's good stealthy and little maneuverability but agility not like recently demonstrated by Russian pilot of Su-57 , or mostly we see in F-22 May be J-20 is not maneuverable like Su-57 or F-22 or may Chinese pilots are not skilled like Russian or American pilots, Am I right ?

The main goal of manned jets in future will have to be coordination for the real fighters - all unmanned and in extremely large numbers like locusts. Imagine unmanned 100,000 jets with Laser weapons and BVR missiles. Many of the unmanned jets will be operating autonomously. Ahead could be a million tiny drones to flush out the enemy's air defenses. That is the future.

If a country is going to steal information on advanced technologies they should do a better job. I will say this, the technology they stole did boost thier level in making clone type aircraft, very similar to clone rolex watches, but they did a better job with the watches then aircraft so far.

The design philosophy is different. For Chinese J20 and J35, Stealthy ability is in the first place, Russian emphasizes maneuver ability.
