The businesses are not getting the quality service they should be receiving by the BID. Graffiti on the vending machines, stickers on walls, poles, allowing all those non permitted vendors. Yikes! At least the streets and sidewalks are a bit clean

Hopefully the NYPD is cracking down on unlincensed vendors in Chinatown! Tourists
do not expect to be harassed by strangers for money.
