The Class 22...the sound of which I heard in my childhood. I was only a dude of 9 years old in Sg. Siput..and I could hear the Express Rakyat & other Expresses pass through town in the early hours of the morning (4am)..on their way to Ipoh station from KL. This is the Locomotive,and it's sounds & looks are etched in my mind forever. 👍
I was born and raised in Gemas, it is amazing to watch this. Almost every weekend my dad brought my brother and I to the station to watch train pass by and switch
I like your video...been brought up with this locomotives,remember when during that time sending my sister from ipoh railway station to JB as she is lucky to be send to a well known boarding school STF....miss those days with my parents.....

There's another Class 22 with its number removed now stands at the old Gemas station, but sadly it is now the subject of vandalism
