The endless power of fj40
What type of axles and what size of tires are you using? Much interested, they look so agile
Very good driver! Salute!
Nice rig..locker wood make it unstoppable
what was the snapping and popping noise before the breakage occurred? Was it already damaged maybe? Might have been the coil buckets I guess, but didnt really seem like it.
I would choose :1) lower the tyres pressure, 2) lock the differential and 3) choose a high torque ratio (first gear)
Do you know what engine might be in this 45? almost sounds like a 1fz.
What an absolutely incredible video of a very capable truck and driver. Nice going.
YOU NEED COIL OVERS THOSE COILS SPRINGS ARE NOT GOOD FOR THE MUCH FLEX THAT YOU HAVE
I'm getting my fj40 done by opposite lock once I'm done with the resto job I gotta do to it
I like off roading, but my life will always be too busy to have time for this.
OMG true testament to what these things can do and endure. WOW
Water fall my arse, more like a leak in the side off the hill.
Thats one bad ass fj40 :)
looks like a fun place to ride, where is it?
On private property out past Mudgee in NSW.

40's don't have CV'S their called BIRFIELDS .
Fjs Rus front axles have CVs, that is what allows you to turn
