- I show you the behind the scenes of getting a planet fitness black card membership and review my experience for you. I share my experience and review of my first time going to planet fitness and my first time tanning bed experience in the form of a vlog.

Update: it took two weeks but the problem with signing up was figured out and I now have my 1 year free black card membership!

These are every few miles near me and in surrounding cities. "Learnt" makes me try to guess where you live. Lol. Its a shame your guest can't use everything included with yr black membership.

I just started my membership and so far I love it....I’m also a black membership. I’ve never had weight problems until a few years ago. I’m not a big person and I’m not about to start now. Go planet fitness

The new PF gym by my house has an awesome Hybrid tanning bed that incorporates red light therapy that helps with collagen and so much more plus tanning! All in one!! I can’t believe PF has this because these machines are so expensive. Having a black card just for that would be worth it alone 😌

Total body enhancement is great. Its 3 years later and the studies on red light therapy are amazing!
Yeah they were so ahead of the times!
I'm embarrassed to even say this but I went to the standup tanning bed at PF and did 9 minutes my first time not knowing any better, I was sunburn from head to toe and even had to call out of work the next 2 days bc the pain was UNBEARABLE. I'm still burnt but the pain is slowly starting to ease up. I'm terrified to go again but the next time I do work up the courage to go I'm gonna start at 3 minutes MAX and work my way up lol.
😱Oh my gosh ouch!! Yeah exactly if you don’t know better then it’s so easy to get hurt.

Does the door shut all the way on the standup tanning booth? I can’t use the lie down one b/c of claustrophobia. I don’t like the idea of closing the door all the way in fear of it getting stuck.
I actually had the same fear! It does shut all the way but I never got stuck. I don’t think it locks. And if I remember correctly there is a button for help but I’m not 100% sure about that
I know this video is older but did u end up going back? Did u enjoy ur membership? I've never been to a gym in my life I'm 39 but I need to get into shape big time. Mine is 21 mins from my home but I think I'd enjoy it if I just went for it. Also ( sry for all the questions) can u bring the same friend each time with u or how does that work?
Hey I did end out going back for the first few months and I loved it WHILE I WAS THERE but the drive to get there was 25 minutes and so it took out a lot of my day - when I didn’t work that was okay but as soon as I had a part time job I couldn’t do it anymore.
I loved the treadmill and especially the black card benefits! That’s the main thing that I did ahaha!
The con is that you can only bring a non black member friend to the gym and only once to the tanning/massage beds/black card benefits area.
I fully agree with working out more! So good to live your healthiest life

I'm fair skinned and I bought the bed tanning lotion online but I have yet to use it because I'm afraid I will come out to orange

Do they start a timer at the desk or can you do it from the tanning bed?
Good question! The timer starts as soon as you get in and close the doors. However one time I took FOREVER to get in (I was reapplying sunscreen then got a call) and it did start saying like “your tanning is beginning” so I ran in and closed the doors

Red light therapy is beneficial to the body in so many ways. It's definitely worth it!

Is this healthy for skin?
Honestly I don’t know. I don’t think tanning beds are.
Do you need lotion? And do you need goggles or can you just cover your face with a towel?
I don’t have lotion because it’s not a need. I do use sunscreen before going in though but idk much about the tanning oils and such. As for the goggles they are required legally I believe. But idk why a towel wouldn’t work

@@frankyu553 bought separately! $1 for single use, $4 for multi use ones
Don't use sunscreen it will ruin the tanning bulbs
