Are the door speakers in this rear door the same bolt pattern and everything just like the front door? Doing speaker replacements and need to know if I need speaker adapters

Shit hole tint place destroyed my tiny corner trim pieces. Literally no reason to have touched those. And now I can't find new clips for them. Any idea where I can find those specific ones? The hole is like 5mm.
