Walk-arounds are good for perspective, comparing the different properties to my own and how you approach each one. I've learned some things from you that I can use myself when working my lawn.
@markd9105 I just turned 58. I remember when it got bitter cold on September 13th, 2015. The grass instantly went dormant and it stayed below average temps until mid January. Other than that, I can't remember when it got this cold on a constant basis. Give me 80-95° any day over cold weather.
@BigSouthOutdoorsTV I would love to live in Florida to have 75 in January but the heat and humidity in summer would be hard to deal with. The Midwest you get a little of all the seasons.
@@markd9105 North Carolina and Florida are very much alike, with the exception of it being colder here. The only reason I wouldn't like in Florida is because of the invasive reptiles. If I saw one in my yard, I'd grab the nearest pew pew, and there'd probably be magistrates and paperwork involved.
When do y'all get your break from mowing grass in your area I'm in west Tennessee n we have had cold temperatures in the past month just have to make thru January and mid February n will start warming up can't wait
I enjoy the walk around! It's good to see what needs to be done and remove any obstructions that might be in the way. I always enjoy your videos and seeing the good work you and Nate do.

@auralsonicwaves7170 That's AWESOME! Sometimes, I wonder if I'm making a difference. Thank you.
I'm in the Midwest and we've had a mild winter so far. We've been in the 50's.
