      This guy is a dictator and a joke because he has an arab accent, I think you guys know full well why you've sided with the fans. He was reasonable enough to adhere to Jim Whites request on air and allow the fans back. Too right he should get an apology for the insults directed at him and the club. He invested his money with the hope of making the club better, sometimes it's challenging ask Mike Ashley.
      The fans must have acted loutish and were prejudice towards him. He has every right to ban them, it is his club and the fans pay to "support" the club...whether the performances are good bad or indifferent.
      Fans are fickle, they want the same success as Sheikh Mansour with Man City. Unfortunately lifes not that rosey, get behind your team and stop dictating to the owner how he should invest his money.

      @Billy Billson "Absolutely tosh" that's a real intellectual mans response. Moreover was there any mention of Brits or whites?
      Just for the record no problem with either, apart from the half wits on here spouting a filthy prejudice. As would any descent Brit Billy I'm sure you would agree!?? After all that's what living in a descent western civilization has taught me.
      Read the comments, there is so much race baiting and prejudice, people become a problem when you can't articulate your words without name calling and facing the reality.

    This is just the start.
    When I read the title, I thought the fans was racist against a player or drunk etc. In his part of the world, people with less money or class are not allowed to speak against or speak up about issues. He thought he could play that game here. Just wait until ManCity/Newcastle ever dare to complain. They’ll be banned from the city if the owners had their way.
    Be careful who you get into bed with.

      City and Newcastle owners won't do that. Whilst I dislike them, they're not that stupid. Banning fans is a very bad PR move and if you're in the business of sports washing, it's counter productive. City's owners didn't spend millions to improve the surrounding areas of Manchester to improve their image, only to ruin it by banning a few "commoners".

      gotta keep spending low

    • @MorAodhan
      @MorAodhan 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Christianna Charboneau apply some context.
      It's irrelevant that there are more American owners (which is probably only 2-3 more), its about what's happening at these clubs and the reasonings/ethics behind it. Perhaps you haven't heard much about American ownership because they're not doing anything majorly abnormal? Bar the Glazers, Kroenke and FSG's attempt at the ESL, which was backed by Arabs and Europeans alike.
      FSG have lead Liverpool back to the pinnacle of football without breaking FFP rules, the Glazers and Kroenkes are an issue at their respective clubs, but again do not bring into question the integrity and sustainability of the sport, only themselves.
      Do not pretend that you haven't noticed the growing trend amongst members of Arabic-state Royal houses, that are buying football clubs because they can and have no regard for the sustainability and competitiveness of the game. They simply wish to spend their millions (or billions) of pocket change (which more often than not is surrounded and smeared with questionable moral and ethical issues) as fast as they can in order to get a club to the top. This means mass spending beyond the clubs means, over spending on players and wages that leads to inflation etc etc.
      That is exactly what City have done since their ownership have arrived, spending 50-60m on benchwamers since 2009/2010, PSG dropping 220m on Neymar. They have ruined Football's market which has a major knock on effect for all clubs, especially the minor clubs further down the football pyramid.
      City's owner investment in the surrounding area is the least they could do and should be commended. But that doesn't hide the fact that their cheating and abuse of the game has and is currently ruining football. City's owners have cheated, and ironically beat FFP on a technicality because they could *afford* the 'best lawyers'. They are not an all singing, all dancing positive force who have always been super well run. They are well run now, because they could afford to spend beyond their means and splash money until it started to work.
      Not all clubs will be as lucky as City and when these 'princes' and so on, get bored or are quite possibly removed from English football (if we ever bring in a fit and proper ownership requirement) the clubs they've bought could be in serious financial trouble. Just listen to the man in this video, he's a narcissistic, juvenile and toxic individual who enjoys feeling like he has power. He has no care for the club and its fans? It's a disgusting attitude and people like that should be nowhere near football and its historic clubs.

    • @MorAodhan
      @MorAodhan 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Christianna Charboneau why am I not surprised at your ignorance?
      Edit: Liverpool actually opened their books and were found clear of anything. City were found guilty, about to be penalised, then appealed and got off on a technicality. The keyword being *guilty* lol.

    • @MorAodhan
      @MorAodhan 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Christianna Charboneau you know you're losing a debate when you start mentioning separate and irrelevant incidents.
      No one is claiming Liverpool (which were an example) are perfect, I don't even support them, I hate them. Get a grip of yourself and learn how to debate.
      You sound like a bitter City fan.

    • @MorAodhan
      @MorAodhan 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Christianna Charboneau yes it is irrelevant to the *debate at hand* - of which you are losing as you have no point, and have now resorted to mentioning tragedies in a fickle attempt to save face.
      Talk of *'jealousy'* is such a weak rebuttle based off of nothing, I've seen better from year 7 debate classes. It simply furthers the image that the reason you come across bitter, is because your precious City have been criticised for what they are.
      Unless you have anything actually relevant to contribute, please stop continuing this drivel, you're filling up my notifications.

    Utter clown, but clever!! The plan is simple, take the club into non league, then state they are unable to sustain non league football at Boundary Park ( the ground needs about 15 million spending on it over the next 5 years) relocate the club to some ground share or similar. Let BP go into disrepair ( may take 2 - 3 years) put the stadium and land up for sale - significant amount of land around the ground, prime for development. Boom, everyone, this charlatan and the previous owners, the 3 amigos (ha) get some if not all of their investment back. We won't stay in the league this season as its not in the owners interest...the only way this can be turned around is if someone with very deep pockets and $$$ to burn makes an offer well over the current value of the club, A slight twist in the tail is that the club do not own the newest stand, that's owned by one of the previous owners....Its an absolute sh!t show of the highest proportions....OTID (or the club dies)

We had Bury, Wigan Athletic (my club and thank God we survived), Bolton Wanderers, Blackpool.. to name a few. It’s hard enough to survive surrounded by multi million prestigious clubs like Manchester United and Liverpool and the like. These clubs have a very loyal and historic fan bases which have huge community inputs to poor areas. It’s sad to see that money and corruption is killing out traditional small clubs. It not your club, none of these clubs are the owners club. They belong to the fans and the community. You're just looking after them for us. But a lot of them don't look after them properly. If you can't take care of your children properly, you have them taking off you. Same should be for football clubs.
