@@noamergi1464 Uh? I'm french canadian, and seriously I've never heard unpretty before and it's not something that any of us would have the reflex to say. The word ugly is way more well-known, everyone knows it. Still, unpretty was a nice way to put it.
It's really a matter of designers. Sometimes they don't make some dress designs in all sizes. You can see a picture from a dress that won't be availible in your size. Most of the time it's because they are made for a specific silhouette and body shape. Finding the right designer for you with the style you like can be very complicated.
The first brides "friend" saying he won't let her wear the first dress is really disgusting because it's not about what he likes it's about what she likes and feels comfortable in. He acts like he's the one marrying her and he does not respect anything she likes.
when i was looking for a wedding dress that was exactly what i did... just said i don't want short, one shoulder, strapless or ballgown. so we narrowed the choices a lot. it's the smartest thing to do.
I felt the consultant let the first bride down a little when trying to force her first choice to zip up. Yes, the sample dresses come in small, so clip it and explain properly that this is just an idea and it will look and fit better in her size. After that I think her confidence was shaken even if she liked the other dresses she tried. Other than that, if she is conscientious over her hips, then maybe don't go for hip hugging styles. The second bride gave me Dolly Parton vibes and looked stunning in the simpler, classy dress she chose.
On one hand I think you’re right, on the other hand I’m pretty confident It’s partly scripted. I find It almost impossible to her to so upset with dress not fitting when she’s an average size. Does she never go shopping or sth. I'm size S or XS but even I find clothes that are too small sometimes
@@everythingsfinett3903 i disagree because no matter what size someone is you can always feel discouraged and self conscious if something you like a lot doesn’t fit. she also pointed out how she felt like her butt didn’t look right and how she felt that she had a belly, she was uncomfortable in the dress.
@@everythingsfinett3903 as someone who is EU womens size M/L or 36/38 (and somehow still fits in children size 170/176, which should be more around 34) most things that don’t fit me are children sizes (yes I can still wear the S, XS and XXS shirts, not pants because I got hips and thighs, in fact I got this cute turtleneck sweater which apparently is an XXS and fits me with room to spare…)
@@everythingsfinett3903 Partly? Kleinfeld gets a greater commission with one designer over another. The first one was pretty but the consultant didn't do her right.
I love when their friends & family say "we are trying on a dress." No the bride is & it is her choice. Nobody is going to tell me what to wear any day of the week.
I felt very sorry for the first bride, her sister and friend were brutal, especially considering that she was body-conscious. They could have added an underlayer to the second dress that she tried on and loved. The second bride looked stunning in the Hayley Paige.
I actually thought her sister was very supportive. I would much rather shop with people who are honest, and they were both honest about the dresses while remaining positive toward the bride. What is the point of bringing other people if you don’t want feedback on the dresses?
They weren’t brutal, but maybe they could’ve pointed out that second dress made her figure look amazing! A little sugar helps the medicine go down better.
They weren't brutal at all. "Why are you naked?" was a perfectly appropriate question. It opened her eyes to the foolishness that was that dress. That wasn't sexy, that was trashy.
The girl putting the first dress on the first bride should not have been forcing the fit. She should have just put in a panel and clipped it. Sitting there wrestling with the zipper made the bride feel really bad. What a shame. I don't care for any of the Pnina Tornai dresses I've seen on this show. They always looks trashy yet they are so expensive! Crazy.
@@shireads2954 And also when the bride then said move onto another dress, the consultant just didn't look like she gave a crap about the bride at all, her feelings, her journey here, especially after her already saying like 4 times how conscious she is of her hips!
The bridal industry needs to do something about its sizes. They need to be true to size because as a bride I can tell you I felt embarrassed buying a dress 3 sizes bigger than I wear.
You shouldn't be embarrassed about buying a dress 3 sizes bigger then you wear. Who cares what size it is. First off, you're not three sizes bigger, and if it looks great that's all that matters. I take a size 6 in Jean's, well ,once they turned everything into the skinny jeans, and I couldn't get regular Jean's anymore, I take a 11 in one style, and 13 in another. Doesn't matter. I'm still the same size.
What I don't understand is, regardless what size a bride usually wears, if the consultants know bridal samples are "cut really small", why do they try to force the bride into a sample in her regular dress size, which will almost certainly be too small for her? Just fetch the next size up and then maybe there won't be the whole "Ooh it won't zip" drama, making the poor bride feel fat when she's not.
We use vanity sizing now, as in the average size of women has gone up, so they make the sizes bigger as well so we don't all feel like we're whales and the very slim girls now have 00 sizes. The bridal industry has not followed suit, so while Marilyn Monroe's 12 is more like today's 8, it's still a bridal 12. Wedding dresses are simply not changing with the trends. Just like if you buy a dressmaking pattern, you can't go with your high street size. You will end up making a dress that's far too small.
Along with what others have said, bridal gowns fit a much smaller range of measurements then street clothes. A size medium shirt has to fit many different body shapes and a range of sizes. Wedding gowns are based on your bust, waist, and hip measurements, and depending on the style you must use the biggest measurement and alter down the rest. For example, if you want a mermaid style and your waist and hips fit an 8, but your bust is a 10, you have to go with the 10. Size is a number that only you know unless you tell everyone. However, if you buy a dress "true to size", they will notice how ill fiting it is.
Gok wan in England knows exactly what suits brides shape and he has lovely dresses too. There is a shop dedicated to all sizes in Lancashire some beautiful dresses..
WHY do wedding dresses run so small? The average Anerican woman wears a size 14. I'd think as a business owner or wedding designer I'd want to make sample dresses in larger sizes (which can be clamped during shopping and once a bride has decided her measurements are sent to the designer's factory to be nade). I just don't get why sample sizes have to be so small that it prohibits women from even trying the dress on, let alone buying it.
I just think it’s because the models that wear them are a size 0 or 2. Which is still a problem today. At least at stores like this. Smaller bridal branches have more sample sizes for everyone. When I got my bridal dress, it had my size in everything, which is a size 10 to 12. I agree with you 100% about everything!
They are trying on Samples. Samples in the clothing industry are usually a Size 8 (Australian). Shoes are a size 6½ (Australian). They are standard throughout the industry.
It's such a shame that people, who are supposed to love you, crush your dreams with their criticism. It should only matter how the bride feels. Leave the critics at home.
Many people feel better, if people give them their honest opinion. That is why they bring second, third and fourth opinions on the shopping trip. Honestly, that is much better than everyone tittering at the wedding, as bad as it may seem. If a bride doesn't care about anyone's opinion, she will just buy the dress she wants anyway.
It depends on your personality. Not everyone wants to be surrounded by Yes Men. Part of the value of having contrary opinions is it can help you broaden your perspective. You don't have to let it completely change how you feel or what you believe and I never got that vibe from her, seems like they were used to him being opinionated and it was an ongoing joke to them. I would personally rather someone was honest and it helped me in some way than pretend they felt something they didn't because they thought I didn't have the strength to handle it. Who knows what their friendship is like? Maybe she likes that about him.
If we’re best friends ima tell you straight up if something your wearing is ugly (if you ask) if you don’t ask I’ll stay quiet. There’s ways to go about it in a nicer way obviously. Literally went to the mall with my gay Bestfriend yesterday, he picked out a fur lined coat he liked and I just straight up said no. He asked why (Key part) and I told him, “too long, washes your skin out and makes you look like a woman, if you’re going to pay $200+ at least make sure you look amazing” I picked out a dark dark navy neck fur coat and an olive green coat that he absolutely fell in love with as soon as he tried them on. And he looks bomb. 🤷🏻♀️ I guess it all depends on how close you are that you can just straight up say what your thinking
@@melanie3247 As long as they ask for an opinion it's fine. A lot of people like reassurance. If you do it in any other situation you'll just come across as an asshole
@@inthenebula92 I understand that but I always feel that family/friends can be so bitchy. It is possible to say it is not flattering without causing the bride to cry.

Yeah, I just feel like the style she was going for doesn't fit her, like the mermaidy thing (idk what exactly it's called) The issue is that she if focused way too much on hiding her insecurities, instead of focusing what actually suits well with her hips and enhances them 😐 But hell making fun of her won't help with that

Legiit, that first girl is drop dead gorgeous, she looked stunning in every single one of those dresses and i cannot believe the audacity of her sister and friend to talk like that to her.

I will never understand why the bride needs someone else's approval. No one you invite (save family maybe) is going to care. Do it for yourself, not others!
a wedding ceremony is a public performance, a ceremony for society, so it's not something you "do for yourself". So you are already lying to yourself. Secondly, this bride who seriously wants to wear a hooker dress is in dire need of counselling.

No I adore randy but yeah the way this version is produced is very professional and curt. With the Atlanta version they got to have more freedom I think because it’s a spin-off
I'm sorry for the first bride, the fact that they couldn't get it on her simply destroyed her confidence. Then, that see-through was absolutely horrendous. I wouldn't say that like her friend did, cause it's rude, I'd just say I didn't like how it looked. I'm honestly surprised to see how that looked, the lower fluff was straight, with no shape or size difference between the layers and it was way too high , making the dress look like a weird cylindrical stool, the bodice was very odd as well, with those shini strips of material unde the matte sheer organza, and it was unflattering. It's not just her, I would have a hard time imagining it look nice on anyone, let alone as a bridal dress.

I know many people don't like Pnina's dresses, however she does have some beautiful dresses in her collections. They aren't often featured in the show though, unfortunately. Also this is a rather old episode, she has designed many dresses after these. But yeah, some dresses do seem a bit tacky. However, whatever floats your boat... if you want to wear one of those dresses, you do you :)
Yes, absolutely she was stunning! But aren't we all our own worst audience at that age? When I was in my 20's my figure was (looking back at pictures) absolutely perfect! But back then I only looked at the things that were in my eyes 'not good enough'. I'm 41 now, gained a massive amount of weight due to health issues, but my mindset is different so I am more happy in my skin then I was back then. What I've learned is that it's not about the number on the scale or distance on a measuring tape. The first lady in this video could have been twice that size and still look beautiful ♥
Both brides had beautiful accents and personalities I could have listened to either all day ! Both had a beautiful supportive entourage. I need a friend like Randy !
I thought it was so thoughtful how the second girls family new she was decisive, so didn’t push her to try more when she found one she loved. I could see some families not being so aware and it definitely helped the bride so she ended up absolutely in love with her dress and not doubting it at all.
Kinda disappointing that a place as big and popular as Kleinfeld doesn't have sizes that cater to everyone. How do you expect a bride to purchase a gown that she doesn't even know what she's gonna look like in it? It's not even only about the sizes, many times they don't have colors and they're like "We want you to imagine this gown but in a different color" um why? Why do I have to imagine? It's not so hard to get a sample in every color and personally I would never order a gown without seeing exactly what it's gonna look like on me, both in shape and color.
Also, if she's saved 10g for this dress that probably took a long time. She probablt had a strong idea of how she wanted to feel . Why not go the gym for a few years if your willing to save for years?

The first dress that didn’t fit looked amazing, even just having her told it up. I disagree with the sales rep that was helping her saying that the client didn’t want to show off the curves she did but unfortunately the store had a very small size they would’ve gotten a larger size and just clamped it that dress would’ve knocked it out of the park.
@Be yup. they are. They are supposed to clip it. If I was the sales rep and I knew that was the exact dress she wanted from that particular designer I would’ve told her look don’t worry about the fact that it’s not fitting perfectly because nine times out of 10 the dress doesn’t fit perfectly because it’s a sample, and you’re not a mannequin. Let’s just clip it. I would have told her how amazing she looks because she did, and encouraged her to go outside and show her family. she looked dropdead gorgeous in the dress that she originally wanted.
The fact her body image of herself holds her back really makes my heart break because she is beautiful and her curves are beautiful! I really hope she found something that made her happy!
@@shireads2954 yeah, I'm sure it's staged/edited for TV but the consultant seemed really unprofessional. Tugging at it and yelling "I know it'll go"? I would have felt humiliated too, and wanted to get out of the situation. Shame because it was a gorgeous dress
I feel so bad for the first bride- she actually looked stunning in the see-through bodice dress! I feel like some of the entourages need to be less opinionated- ultimately, it's not up to them. Read the room; if she seems to like it, either say good things or stay quiet. If she's not so keen, then you can give commentary.
I disagree. She brought them to the fitting to help her decide. She wants their opinion. Thank God they were truthful with that see through dress. It was hideous. Why bother going to the fitting with her, if you're not going to tell her the truth. Isn't that the point?
I don't know this show. Do they only get to try on a limited number of dresses? I was hoping they would look at some more and I feel they would eventually find something that would satisfy them all... But I guess maybe the bride was not in the mood anymore...? Still, I feel if they tried a couple more after that third one, it's possible her spirits could be lifted back up, enough to forget how down she felt with the reaction to the see-through one. In any case, I would also disagree about 'if you see she likes it but you don't, be quiet'. Or something like that. 🤪 You're not really being a friend if you see something off and you keep quiet about it. Think of it this way: if the sister and the close friend has that reaction to the dress, then it's probably not far off to expect that other wedding guests (family and friends) would have a similar reaction when they see her. Maybe not all, but some probably would. And I think that's what the sister tried to say, though she maybe worded it differently or incompletely... She said I wonder what you would feel at the day of the wedding. In other words perhaps I wonder what you would feel on that day when people see you, or when you see people look at you...
@@suepost9026 Really, what they're there for is emotional support. Everyone's taste is different- I'd rather the bride get something she enjoyed wearing but maybe I wasn't so keen on than something I liked and she wasn't comfortable in. Again, it's about reading the room; sometimes you just have to have tact. No point breaking the bride's heart over a dress she loves because I don't like it when I'm not the one who has to wear it. And even if it's really bad, there's better ways to bring it up than the way some on the show go about it.
I also thought she looked amazing in the see-through dress, which surprised me as I usually do think it looks slutty. But, to me, she pulled it off in a beautiful classy way that I don't usually see. Because usually the brides attracted to those dresses look fake from head to toe, but because she looks naturally beautiful from head to toe, great body, natural hair, face, etc, to me, that was her dress. I don't know why the consultants didn't stand up for her more and also, her entourage needs to get that this is her wedding, not theirs.
my jaw dropped, literally, when the first bride wore the second dress SHE LOOKS STUNNING! i don't know what her friends are taking to think she looks anything but
I have to agree with them. A slight move and you'd be seeing things you shouldn't be showing in a wedding or in public, come to that. If it was lined, it would be pretty but unlined screamed stripper pole rather than wedding.

Yes, it screamed confidence like a cheap nightclub outfit that you laugh about later on in life seeing pictures from your wild party years. Her friends seem to know her enough to question her motives and love her enough to try to prevent her from making an awful choice. It's not like they are calling her ugly, just the dress that is making her look bad.
@@shadowreaper3562 Then don't bring people dress shopping. Why have your friends there if not to help you find a dress that suits you? Good friends tell you the truth, and they did... that dress was terrible.
Benoit was hysterical! The first bride thinks she wants a mermaid shape but doesn't like her hips? That makes no sense. She needs to ditch her entourage and shopping alone - but her body image needs major work. Second bride would look good in a paper bag, frankly!
Agree. Her entourage were not on the same page with the bride. I do think they were right though. That dress and shape did not suit her. You have to have a very specific shape to properly pull off a mermaid look.
I'm more impressed with how much the first bride saved to buy a wedding dress. Usually, when a parent/partner is paying for a $10,000 dress, I think the brides need to lower that number since they are spending somebody else's money just for one day. Saving $10,000 to buy a dress tells me she is one determined person (even though I think part of that money came from her parents.)
I think it's ridiculous to pay $10k for a dress you wear one day for a few hours. Spend it on furniture, part of a down payment on a house, put it in the bank, etc.
We don’t have that culture in Quebec of parents paying for a wedding. The couple getting married pay for everything, so I definitely think she did save up the $10,000 herself.
@@nadyarossi5102 Well others, like myself, consider that 'one time buy for a few hours' an important aspect. Instead of focusing on designer looks and sexiness, the first bride should have left her options open. She saved up $10,000 but bride number 2 walked away with a drop-dead gorgeous gown with many of the same elements she had wanted for $3,400!

The first bride was beautiful in the two dresses she tried on. I especially liked the second one. I felt for her having her "friend" and "sister" down her hopes. She looked amazing.
First story made me angry. The guy friend saying, "She couldn't find what she wanted." No, she found what she wanted, you just made her feel awful about it, so she didn't get it. The Pnina dress was beautiful with the corset, the friend and sister were just dicks about it.

the sister pointing out that she gets self conscious and expressing a concern for how she would feel wedding day when its too late to change, has a point- but that could have been brought up so much better than making a joke of the brides confidence in that moment
2nd bride said right up front, yes to satin and lace, no to beading. Consultant puts her in tulle, lace and beading. Bride doesn’t like dress. Consultant: it’s so hard to figure out what she wants. Seriously?!
I don’t think it was necessarily that. The bride basically said she liked everything which is too general to pull dresses. The reason she put her in that first dress was to help narrow down aspects of the dress that she did like so moving forward the next options would be more what the bride wanted. That being said the consultant could have just asked more questions like what do you want to feel like or whats your vision or the vibe of the wedding
@@kayj767 The problem with asking those questions is the bride still doesn't know how she feels in those items, she can't picture it. I felt sympathy for the first bride. Her sister and "friend", Benoit, were so critical. It seemed like they were eager to be mean. This bride doesn't have the confidence in herself and her figure to choose a dress. She and her groom-to-be should elope and throw a party. I thought Benoit was looking out for her, perhaps as her friend he knows she has a tendency to get carried away in the moment and then regret things later? After all a dress like that is one thing in the shop but could be quite another when you look back at your wedding photos, and also how do you plan the rest of your wedding round that? It could just look silly once she's surrounded by bridesmaids in traditional dresses or little flower girls or page boys, or whatever it is she wants. Maybe if she's going for a less traditional affair it would be good and a fun, quirky way to go, but what if she's going to be surrounded by ancient aunties in their best two-pieces in the village church? I'm afraid we don't know the whole story but I bet Benoit does.

The first bride is letting her friends dictate what she is supposed to like and what is "permitted". The bride is the most important person to please with her dress.
I think the first bride looked stunning in the Pina ball gown shapewise. I am not a fan of the see- through middle, but if they could have filled it in, keeping the same textured theme/fabric as the rest of the dress from the shoulder line on down, it would look less like lingerie and more like a wedding dress/sexy but more from drama of the textured fabric than from "see through". I think this bride has a terrific figure for the ball gown look, and can pull off a dramatic dress..which not everyone can do. I hope she realized that, that her confidence was not undermined, and that she ultimately found the dress that brought her the joy she was looking for.

That see through dress was amazing. I wore something similar for my wedding. At first, I was really self-concious about doing it, but my sister convinced me to try it, and I'm so glad she did. I'd never worn anything like that before, and I found it so freeing to be able to shrug off the negative comments and just wear something that I wanted to wear for the sake of wearing it. The first bride ...this is a classic case of go it alone to dress shopping, the last dress she tried on was stunning. When I get married I'm going dress shopping on my own, then when I find the dress that I love I will turn up on the day and feel good.
My dears, I didn't watch the whole thing, but that dress at 3:35 doesn't look like a dress, it looks like a corset. She looks like she forgot to put her dress on.

the issue with the first dress wasn't her body, it was that sample sizes are ridiculously tiny. Maybe they should have samples in more sizes.
It's really a matter of designers. Sometimes they don't make some dress designs in all sizes. You can see a picture from a dress that won't be availible in your size. Most of the time it's because they are made for a specific silhouette and body shape. Finding the right designer for you with the style you like can be very complicated.

She especially loved the see-through though. It looked tacky as hell.

They weren’t one iota brutal. Yeesh.
Fatphobia
It was literally said that the artist/designer cuts small so no shit it fits only small sized women.
For smaller size they need to use less fabric, so producing samples is cheaper.
If we’re best friends ima tell you straight up if something your wearing is ugly (if you ask) if you don’t ask I’ll stay quiet. There’s ways to go about it in a nicer way obviously.

You're not really being a friend if you see something off and you keep quiet about it.
No point breaking the bride's heart over a dress she loves because I don't like it when I'm not the one who has to wear it. And even if it's really bad, there's better ways to bring it up than the way some on the show go about it.

@@jujubeethatsme I know, right? She looked so elegant! I don't see how her companions could see her so happy and just shoot it down like that.
my jaw dropped, literally, when the first bride wore the second dress SHE LOOKS STUNNING! i don't know what her friends are taking to think she looks anything but
I love the look and style of the first brides dress. It was screaming confidence. She may need new friends that was awful.
I have to agree with them. A slight move and you'd be seeing things you shouldn't be showing in a wedding or in public, come to that. If it was lined, it would be pretty but unlined screamed stripper pole rather than wedding.
@@ChrisAndCats isn't a wedding supposed to the happiest time in person life I don't recall it being something to please other people's tastes and opinions
Yes, it screamed confidence like a cheap nightclub outfit that you laugh about later on in life seeing pictures from your wild party years. What is more, the bride clearly had body insecurities and was trying to over-compensate with this kind of dress. Her friends seem to know her enough to question her motives and love her enough to try to prevent her from making an awful choice. It's not like they are calling her ugly, just the dress that is making her look bad.
@@shadowreaper3562 in theory yes, however it isn't generally a time to show off parts that are usually reserved for private!
Bingo! My thoughts precisely.
I have yet to see a mermaid style dress that I like.
@@saradecapua3264 Same here
Agree. Her entourage were not on the same page with the bride. I do think they were right though. That dress and shape did not suit her. You have to have a very specific shape to properly pull off a mermaid look.
The mermaid shape complements curvy hips. Feeling self-conscious about a body part doesn't mean you have to hide it!
The second bride..AMAZING! Simple, modest, not pretentious and with a body and beauty that she could wear any wedding dress and look gorgeous.
This is a once in a life time dress you buy for something important, why not buy something nice? It happens literally once in your life. That's significant. A person can save any time for house, furniture, savings....But you only do the wedding ONCE.
Instead of focusing on designer looks and sexiness, the first bride should have left her options open. She saved up $10,000 but bride number 2 walked away with a drop-dead gorgeous gown with many of the same elements she had wanted for $3,400!
Same. I hate the Panini dresses with a vigor and not just because of how they look. Unfortunately 'overpricing makes more desirable' works quite well as a marketing-tool. Which is basically taking an advantage of people with low self-esteem. In my eyes that should be restricted by law.
It's her day. If she wants to spend $50000 then so be it. Her money, her budget, her day
@@Reese493 they're saying that just because a budget is 10k doesn't mean the dress has to be spot on 10k, you could find the perfect dress for 4k but not show it because it's not close enough to 10k for their commission. Shop for the bride not commission
@@amemelia then that's the assistant's fault, not the bride. The og commenter is blaming the bride,"the first bride should have left her options open."
@@Reese493 I'm not blaming the bride. She came in with a set idea of what she wanted based on magazine photos. She left because her vision didn't match her body or personality. It had nothing to do with her budget but it had everything to do with her mindset. The second bride had a larger budget than the dress she finally chose. The difference between the two is that the second bride allowed room for suggestions and guidance. The first did not.
The he makes fun of her and laughs at her and literally says “I hate it” after she came out confident and smiling breaks my spirit.
Nothing like ruining a day out trying on dresses when your party make stupid senseless jokes or are just plain rude. Damn it this is when a bride is the most sensitive, and if you are not crazy about her choose you can still be polite rather than act like children in a circus.
That second family were all stunningly gorgeous with beautiful smiles. You could put any one of them in a bin bag and they would look great. The bride must have been a dream for the staff and didn't she look genuinely radiant!
I love how respectful and supportive the consultant was. The bride is beautiful but she must follow her heart.
Lmao the second brides mother was so smart her daughter is gorgeous so there’s no point in confusing her with too many options if she’s indecisive…. I guess that’s what you have to be like when you have multiple daughters or they would be making trips for months trying to find a dress that does not exist.
Why these videos have to get to an end?? I forget the time and everything watching them. Please more Randy and Gok ❤😭

I agree
Yeah, I can't believe she left without her dress. She looked amazing in the 2nd one and the 1st one never should have been forcefully shoved on her by the consultant The sister and friend sounded jealous!
Yes but it's a bit staged, he's supposed go be the gay "sassy" friend
The first bride deserved better, the Dennis Basso dress looked cute but the rest was not good; Pnina dress didn't fit her, I mean, I love the top but she was not in style.
The second bride in the other hand didn't choose wrong! Her dress was actually elegant, beautiful and fresh, I loved every detail and also I consider she didn't need any belt.
the sister pointing out that she gets self conscious and expressing a concern for how she would feel wedding day when its too late to change, has a point- but that could have been brought up so much better than making a joke of the brides confidence in that moment
Putting her in a dress with everything was what helped them narrow it down to the point they literally got it right next dress. She also didn't say 'no to beading' she said she likes a little beading, she liked everything she said.
Anna Claire looked gorgeous in her dress!!
The first girl should have taken the last dress. She looked pretty in it and it's her day..not her friend's day.
that 3rd dress was amazing on her. I hope her wedding went amazing!
2:32 "i feel unpretty" that hurt my heart. she is a beautiful woman, and hearing that made me so sad :(
So many people put it on but it just doesn’t look elegant. It amazes me how many people just love this see-through wedding gown.
I'm amazed too...I don't personally like it.
first brides guy friend saying "she didnt feel pretty in the dress" after insulting the look she felt happy and pretty in makes me so angry
He should have stayed at home. He wasn’t helping at all…just a mood damper through and through.
the second bride’s hair is stunning !! 😍

I remember my mum making my wedding dress 50 years ago .. all brides no matter what size look beautiful on that special day
I love that dress on her! Yes, it’s sexy, but if she feels comfortable, who cares???
It’s her wedding
I actually really like the Pnina on the first bride! She was talking about being self-conscious about her hips, but I'd kill for a body like hers. She was so bright and excited before she got input from her friend and family. Just get what makes you happy and you won't regret it!!
I love the dress that the second bride had on. It wasn't over the top, and with the right accessories, hair style, shoes and makeup, it'll look amazing.
Anna looks like she fell out of a romantic comedy movie! 😁
I love that her guy friend felt she was showing too much skin even though her skin was still covered with a fabric. That is class! ❤
I felt sympathy for the first bride. Her sister and "friend", Benoit, were so critical. It seemed like they were eager to be mean. This bride doesn't have the confidence in herself and her figure to choose a dress. She and her groom-to-be should elope and throw a party. That way the critical couple and sit in a corner and be Negative Nellys all they like.
Now the second bride was adorable. Southern brides are either very decisive or waiting for a sparkle. I am glad Randy did the whole shebang. She looked gorgeous!
Oh, yes Benoit was so eager to be mean. I saw that too.
I love this show so much! Two beautiful brides totally different taste.
I wish the first Bride would have gotten the dress that made her happy it was sad to see her crying.
I love corset boning tbh. Especially with really flowy sleeves. It feels ethereal and sleeping beauty regal and like a fairy in the woods
I don’t get it. How is the 2nd dress gonna hide the areas she feels insecure about? It’s see through 🙄
I love Hayley Paige dresses; she is an amazing designer. It breaks my heart to read about all of the legal trouble that she's been going through. I hope she wins her case.
Can't really see the point of going for that style of dress if you are going to put something under it though. Why not find the same shape dress in a different fabric?
I don’t understand why people feel the need to control other peoples life , I mean she’s a grown woman she can make her own decision.
Sad that the first bride got shut down with the "see through" dress.I didn't think it was "showgirl" or inappropriate...she was absolutely stunning in it! I hope she finds her dream dress. 💕
I remember. 10 years ago we were into huge statement necklaces.
It's sad because I paid an arm and a leg for a fabulous Swarovski statement necklace and now I have nowhere to wear it and it is gorgeous.

1st bride shouldn't have brought that "friend" along. All he wanted to do was criticize her bc he never liked the thought of her in a mermaid gown to begin with. I'm so mad for him peeing on her parade like that!! Even if the first dress was a bit extreme, the 2nd one was GORGEOUS and had nothing wrong with it, just proving he didn't want her to find something in her style to begin with. TBH, I wonder if he wants the wedding to be cancelled altogether tho…
It's too bad her friends and family weren't more supportive.
