Uh yeah. When you defame people to this extreme a level that is what happens.
YES!!! JURY NULLIFICATION!!!
“If all the lawyers were hanged tomorrow, and their bones were sold to a mah jong factory, we’d all be freer and safer, and our taxes would be reduced by almost a half.”

I see Alex Jones is back on YT although maybe not the way he wishes
😂😂
Didnt he lose this case like 3 months ago? and they are still milking the content?
That was another trial in Texas. Different plaintiff's.
If one media outlet has already been charged and convicted of inflicting emotional distress on another person, then I will give this trial the serious consideration it deserves.
But this is a joke after all 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🔥🔥🔥🔥
Kyle Rittenhouse
Eric Cartman’s got nothing on AJ. "Respec mah awthoritah!"
bring back the agents that are suing that was funny 😁 😂 😀 😄 😆 🤣
God bless America
God bless Alex Jones and his lawyers.
🤔🤔🤔 some of my suff won't post
Alex Jones works for Roger Stone
No really
Jones should be looking at real jail time if he doesn't die of high blood pressure first.
Yea let him keep yapping for his next lawsuits that has been filed . Jurors should award these families 1B because of his childish behavior.
And we should be awarded 1 billion for reading you ignorant comment.

Take Alex Jones for every thing hes got. That was a sickening and pitiful thing he did to those parents of those lost children. He made money off of their grief. Make him pay dearly. Take everything hes got a way from him.
Alex Jones is a national treasure.
is anyone getting any sound ?
Just remember creepy coroner, and laughing Robbie Parker
None of those mean anything at all.
A clearly political trial and sadly the persecutors will never be charged!
scam trial
Jones' lawyer should be disbarred for giving away everything to prosecution. Ive been a sui juris for 5+ years and Id be rung through the wringer if I did such an insane "mistake"
There is no prosecution. This is a civil trial.
The trial where Jones's lawyer gave them his entire phone record? That was a different trial dude..
What’s a Sui juris?
@@Remmysage A lawyer who prefects law without a license, usually for themselves, but for others as well. It translates to "In ones own person". Its similar to the term "Propria Persona" if you've heard of that, however that word derives from Pro-fessional, which refers to a paid position, which in some cases can grant the court jurisdiction, or disallow you from assisting someone else in court. Court isnt like the movies, its one jay e double u trading favors for another. Court is just word games and verbal pitfalls usually, because prosecution doesnt have legal jurisdiction to do a lot of the things the state attempts to do.
Alex Did nothing wrong.
But he did, as you can publicly speak about your innocence, it is considered a criminal act to make falsified statements about persons in the criminal justice system that would include the judge which may be defamatory or slanderous unless you have absolute positive proof and evidence.
@@jeffalvich9434 Defamation and Slander are not criminal acts ... you may be liable for civil damages ... but not a crime ... this is not a criminal trial
Conservative.
Why are you here instead of harassing grieving parents at their kids funerals?
@@grassCrow This is the compensatory phase of the trial. He's already been found guilty of the CRIMES he was charged with.
@@grassCrow It's called obstruction....... by making willful false statements about the the judges, attorney, etc. and has been used in the federal courts by prosecutors....
Why are comments turned off on the live trial?
Because Alex Jones base is unhinged? Why do you think lmao
AJ fanboys making fun of people's looks I think
@@liamwilson7549 yeah bro that’s definitely why😂😂 your totally not unhinged leaving comments left and right displaying how much u hate the man😂😂 it’s all good some people are meant to be sheep
@@Chris-bp3cw ^ oh look that didn’t take long. See what i mean Wendy
@valcaron you expect there to be narrative control in a courtroom? Do we need to show you the Kyle Rittenhouse trial?
Kind of ironic they are attempting to shut down his free speech using a quote about free speech 😅 this country is losing grip
Free speech doesn't excuse lies....Jones IS free to day what he wants to...& he IS accountable for what he chooses to do with that freedom...
@@jefflockaby702 He was reporting on a story in the media giving his opinion at the time.. however if we should sue everyone every time they "lie" then free speech will no longer exist soon
Jones was so proud of america when he screamed at piers Morgan how america has the rights to own guns and this and that . After being sued for 200 million and counting cuz he shared an opinion , I wonder if he still loves america 😂. Because in no other country can u sue someone for millions over talking . It’s unheard of . You’d be lucky if you were awarded $20 bucks
They exist but I think OP is talking about how elsewhere damages are capped
Well there's the Constitutional United States of America and then there's the Administrative State "America" that wants to take your free speech and guns. I'm pretty sure Jones thinks the current sham of a default against him is what he has been warning about for 20 years.
They were also quick to change the subject when he mentioned to piers morgan their sponsor was a pharmaceutical drug company lol. Piers Morgan is a clown and so are bought and paid for “new media” sponsored by big pharma.
Libel and defamation against the plaintiffs is not an “opinion” it’s actionable and it’s not protected speech under the 1st amendment.
@@mikeharvey2748 But he didn’t defame anyone. He questioned an event, the fact this was deemed defamation for questioning an event where the very father (robbie parker) was acting extremely strange in front of the CNN cameras is a SHAME.
Plaintiff attorneys are so cringe
I guess only the plaintiff can hold a press conference??
That's (D)ifferent.

It ain’t what you do it’s the way that you do it. This is a game for Jones. He is playing a game.
@@daveodell700 Yeah, he is playing a game that is cherished and protected in one of arguably the most important amendments to the US Constitution, and the one which arguably defines US civil life, one which has been repeatedly affirmed and protected in extreme cases by the Supreme Court over centuries worth of decisions.
I don't think you fully grasp what is at stake here. If there ever was a canary in a coal, Alex Jones is it.
@@darkwingscooter9637 The land of litigation, what a great country you have, one big circus of loud blowholes spewing hate at each other and seeing how far you can push the boundaries at the detriment of others just to get views, it makes you look ridiculous.
