This really makes you understand why Matt got manipulated: he and Elektra have really good chemistry. Which makes sense, since all things that are bad for you seem good at first.
She's not even that bad for him lol. The only thing DD's morality does for him is limit his performance as a vigilante and make the show last a bit longer.
@@kaiz1845 Personally, I agree with his moral code and think that Elektra was someone that deserved salvation, but definitely not in the right. I won't waste my breath convincing you of that because I've been down this road before and it's 2 in the morning, so I don't have the energy for it.

Matt and Elektra are honestly perfect for each other. In love you compromise, and if they did just that, they would've been able to balance Elektra's violence with Matt's insufferable morality, maybe get a more responsible version of Punisher on the other end and truly clean up the streets for once. Karen, as kind as she is, is really just a yes-man to Matt's worthless idealism.
