That's the most beautiful Franck I've ever heard...
It is really good, isn’t it, even set against cello and violin performances, and ahead of its time as well. More recently we can add fine performances by Matthew McDonald (well played but maybe a little lacking in fire and passion for my taste) and Mikyung Sung (daring, beautiful, tender, exciting, powerful, and definitely not lacking in passion).
what a sound!!!!
lovely!!
Wunderschön!
Bravo Bozo! Wonderful version and playing!
Bozo you are incredibly marvelous! I send you my admiration from NYC,
Christine Walevska
excellente, recuerdos de Markneukirchen ..
Damn! I mean how do u even get that sound on the bass!
Vraiment de la très, très belle contrebasse!!!
¡ Geniales Paradžik & Rademacher !
Bravo!!
❤
Božo, Bona i Bellíssima interpretació.
Ets meravellós, fas sonar el contrabaix com si es tractés d'un instrument fàcil.
Woow
i just started working on this piece recently, and i am amazed at how effortless you make the sixteenth arpeggios and runs look in the second movement, they will definitely take me a while to work up. any suggestions?
Hi! anyone knows which string ist Mr. Paradzik playing with?
I do not know what he was using at the time, but in recent years he has preferred strings by Gerold Genssler (generally in high solo tuning).
Una pregunta, Božo. Si ets capaç de tocar una sonata que és per a violí, amb Contrabaix..., podries intentar tocar la Sonata Kreutzer de Beethoven?
Gràcies.
Hello, no, I won't ever. It is just so violinistic, it would sound bad with any other instrument.
It seems silly saying "Bravo" 19 years later, but this must be considered an historic great performance. Bravo Bozo!
