I think you could be dealing wrong. I believe the entire playing board gets dealt first (flop,turn,river). Then the players get dealt their cards with no rotations between them then the dealer gets their cards last.

Depends where you play. I've been to a casino in Toronto that deals it this way in the video. But the Cortez in Vegas deals the way you're explaining.
