  • Ingredients (for 2 servings): 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 300 g of ground beef, 30 g of water, 40 g of olive oil, 300 g of fusilini paste, 30 g of tomato paste, 200 g of canned tomatoes, 20 g of parsley, salt, black pepper, seasoning for meat, grated parmesan for serving.
    Preparation: finely chop 1 onion and 3 cloves of garlic. Cut 1 carrot and 1 stalk of celery into small cubes. Add 30 ml of water to 300 g of ground beef. Mix well. Heat 40 g of olive oil in a pan. Season the minced meat for 5-7 minutes. Add onions, garlic, carrots and celery. Mix well. Add 30 g of tomato paste and 200 g of canned tomatoes. Salt, black pepper, seasoning for meat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 300 g of pasta in boiling salted water. Add the finished pasta to the meat sauce. Add 20 g of chopped parsley.
