Personally not seeing it with regards to Ronaldo. I think his FB card is elite but I'd rather have the TOTY because as you point out, the FB can't get elite tier pace, unless you sacrifice dribbling, which is needed against the juiced defenders this year. Also think the huge strength and aggression boost is big for the TOTY.
