yeah but at the same time if you can afford c6 you can probably afford her signature which is still gonna be better (altho u can actually use harbinger of dawn in teams with on field kokomi since kokomi's on field burst healing still manages to outheal furina's self damage whilst building stacks very fast

I think if you're f2p/low-spender then Key is better for your account. You can do many fun stuff with it. Splendor is tailor made for Furina but it's not as good QoL as Neuvilette's signature, because it's not solving (rather creating..) her energy issues (for burst consistensy). And if you're an old player and have Festering Desire - there's no much reason to pull for it. BUT, if you're willing to hyper invest in her, it's BiS (damage-wise) sword for her + drip. Answering your question, Key is better as a supportive option (team wide EM buff, slightly better heals) vs Splendor shines more as Sub-DPS option and a good vertical investment for Furina (in case you're planning on getting her constellations in future).
