I always loved the way he pronounces the characters, especially Lei Wulong, Hwoarang, Nina Williams and Eddy Gordo.
When you turn on the machine for the first time on the day, the narrator says "Good morning".
It only works if there is no energy accumulated in the circuit.

He was also the narrator for Tenchu: Stealth Assassins. Robert Belgrade was putting in major voice work throughout the 90’s and early 2000’s.

The more I think about it, the more that I think that this might be Ward E. Sexton voicing Tekken 3's announcer, especially since the announcer kind of gives off the same vibes that he did when he recorded the title voice for RE4 and possibly RE5 (including the GameCube versions of RE1 through RE3 and Code: Veronica).
