I am watching a movie I have watched before. The NPP is going straight to opposition. For the past 24 years, I have not voted because I don't believe in developing a country through "Manifestoes". That is ridiculous. But I have decided that this coming election, i will definitely vote because enough is enough. This NPP government is completely incompetent and useless. We need to clear them from the seat of government.

This is a serious red flag. If a system allows a single user to effect such changes without authorization from a senior official then it is porous.
Two things may be involved.The EC headquarters did the transfer and told the district officers to accept the blame for a cover up.Another reason for refusing to accept the Audi thing in realizing that it was the headquarters that effected the transfer.
Or it was the district officers that effected the transfers under the EC headquarters supervisory since they say they are aware of the errors but intentionally posted everything out😢

The inherent safeguard at the time are not the same as the inherent safeguards today. At the time the District Officers could not transfer people from the register but today they could. Do not misquote Mr. Mahama.

I beg to disagree that, the only effect of what happened at Pusiga, is disenfranchisement of voters identified at Tamale South. What happened at pusiga has shown that the EC's system is very porous, and that anybody at all can enter. It could even that others are still registering into the system. It gives credence to why electoral equipment got missing at the EC office, probably being used to do registration of voters into this porous system. Who can tell.
Again, the system, Mahama gave credence to, in 2015, as alluded to by the panelist, is not the same system being used today. Its different, by STL. The current system was installed when the Jean Mensah assumed office

Infact the Credibility of EC is really questionable.This is about Ghana’s Democracy and it has nothing to do with NDC. Ghanaians should fight for their rights.

In 2016, was it able for a District EC officer to be able to go into the system and transfer votes? That should be the question that the Bekwai man needed to answer

Randy is not only Pusiga ooooo, even our own La Dadekotopon is affected. My sister, the husband and others in house have been transferred from La Burkina to Prisons Canteen without their knowledge. Until I gave them the code NDC came up with to check before they saw where they were transferred to.

For your information if districts EC officers are not given access to transfer add and delete deceased persons from the voter registration, how could the voter registrar be credible. The fact that names can be transferred is the reasons why voter exhibition is open for voters to check if everything is right. NDC has no legitimate grounds to put the elections on hold they must come clean with their grievances instead of generalizing the whole process seeking for public sympathy is not the solution, the EC also should meet all the political parties and ensure that they are clean.
Herh. This is why we never progress as a people. We accept mediocrity. This is a serious breach of controls and checks. Even if an officer has access to effect transfers, they should only have permission to do so for thier constituents. But you will then need officer at constituency person has also been transferred to approve plus a final senior independent EC emplyeee in Central Office at a minimum. You guys have no idea what is brewing. You will all only wake up on the say of voting when it us too late.

Most of the errors emanates from the districts and are mostly corrected at the district levels before it gets to the national...!!!
