I believe, the very first vampire movie that was made, was back in 1922 and it was, in fact, titled "Nosferatu".

I can’t believe you don’t know what/who nosferatu is. Even I know about the black/white silent movie (and I’m only 26) and the one episode in SpongeBob where nosferatu flickrs the lights.
