Dude you are amazing at explaining this stuff. I'm a software developer myself, and so I've watched my fair share of tutorials on a wide variety of topics. You are definitely among the best!

Your teaching style is great. Among the LibreOffice training videos, I looked at a few and conclude that yours are right up there.

    Hi
Thanks for these nice tuts. Just wanted to let you know that now the field can be moved in edit mode even if it is selected. The names in the beginning of the other tables will still stay visible. But I like it that you even explained the workarounds. Maybe others are still using older versions. Tested in version 4.3.2.2 greetings!

For those who are interested, if you want to assign a shortcut to "Design Mode" you should look for the function "Toggle Design Mode" and not "Design Mode on/off".

    Hi,
I have 3 forms. 1st form has 2 fields, 2nd has 4 fields from which 2 are same as 1st form and 3rd form has 5 fields from which 2 are same as 2nd form. there is no common field between 1st & 3rd form. If i make 3 separate forms, is it possible to link all these common fields between these 3 forms. If i change fields in 1st form is it possible that those same fields in 2nd form will also change.

Hi Bhagya, I think what you are asking is possible with the use of Macros, but Macros were not covered in this tutorial series. I don't know of a way to do what you are asking without Macros.

Hello FrugalComputerGuy -- I hope you can help me. Until I retired I was an Access DB developer for 14 years. I have wanted to give Libreoffice Basic a chance but I've run into nothing but constant frustrations. Everytime I see a tutorial, I don't see the same thing on my screen. For instance in your tutorial I don't see the toolbars you have on the left and the bottom. I think I have all the correct toolbars checked in View. Any suggestions?

LibreOffice Base's Form is same as HTML Form.
It has all the functionality as HTML + CSS + Javascript + SQL + PHP/NodeJS Without Writhing code.
    Cool, Isn't It ?
