  • When it comes to film cameras there are a lot of different options available for film photography lovers to choose from. But at the end of the day, these are the film cameras I've chosen to keep in my collection (...at least for now). And that's what this video is about.
    Point and Shoots
    Olympus Mju
The Olympus Mju is a compact camera with a sleek design that feels natural in your hand. It's equipped with a versatile 35mm f/3.5 lens and features a soft, satisfying shutter sound. Ideal for anyone serious about capturing life's moments.
    Olympus Trip 35
The Olympus Trip, another Olympus model, is a reliable travel camera that shoots vibrant 35mm photos. Its compact design fits snugly in your hand, and it features a 40mm f/2.8 lens. The distinct shutter sound and suspenseful film winding add to the experience.
    Canon AF35M
The Canon AF35M is a 35mm point and shoot camera known for its durability. It features a fixed 38mm f/2.8 lens and produces nostalgic photographs. Its comfortable design and soft shutter sound make it an appealing option for both hobbyists and professionals.
    35mm SLR and Rangefinders
SLR cameras use a mirror to allow the photographer to see the exact shot, while rangefinders have a separate viewfinder. Both have their merits, depending on personal preference.
    Nikon FE2
The Nikon FE2 is a robust 35mm SLR camera that produces sharp, cinematic photos. Compatible with Nikon F-mount lenses, its sturdy design and satisfying film winding and shutter sound make it a top-tier choice for photographers.
    Pentax LX
The Pentax LX is a compact, ergonomic camera that excels in shooting 35mm film. Compatible with a wide range of lenses, it has a satisfying shutter sound and film advance. This camera is a great choice for photographers who want to make a statement.
    Canon A-1
The Canon A-1 is a user-friendly 35mm camera that produces images with a vintage flair. It is compatible with the FD lens mount, with the 50mm f/1.4 lens being a popular choice. The A-1 has a satisfying shutter sound and smooth film advance.
    Canon F1
The Canon F1 is a sturdy camera compatible with a wide range of FD lenses. It has a distinct shutter sound and a satisfying film advance. This reliable camera appeals to serious photographers.
    Leica M6
The compact yet powerful Leica M6 is renowned for its reliability. Its clear viewfinder and compatibility with top-tier lenses make it a photographer's favorite. The smooth film winding and satisfying shutter sound enhance the experience.
    Canon EOS 3
The Canon EOS 3 is a user-friendly film camera with fast autofocus. It's lightweight and compatible with all EF lenses. This reliable camera is a great choice for crucial shots.
    Medium Format Cameras (120 Film)
120 film, or medium format film, offers larger negatives for more detail but fewer shots per roll. Despite the name, it's not 120mm wide.
    Pentax 67
The Pentax 67 is a heavy, robust medium format camera that produces detailed photos on 6x7cm negatives. Its hefty weight doubles as a workout. The camera's rugged design and 105mm F2.4 lens make it a favorite, though its loud shutter sound is quite noticeable.
    Mamiya RB67
The Mamiya RB67 is a hefty medium format camera that shoots 6x7cm negatives. Its large size is part of its charm, and it delivers highly detailed images.
    Mamiya 645 Pro
The Mamiya 645 Pro is a solid, versatile camera that captures scenes with remarkable depth and authenticity, offering a rich, sensory experience that motivates photographers to engage with their surroundings.

I like your wording a lot. Also the examples with the ice cream in the beginning 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 thank you for not judging SLR over or under Rangefinders… I also use both ❤ thank you and greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

Love the Nikon F3, Hasselblad 500CM and RB67 ProS, while the RB67 is large and heavy I actually use it more for color landscape shots than my 4x5.

The A-1 is my favourite Canon camera. I even prefer it to my T90, which is very sophisticated, but LOUD!
