Regarding bookings you can check various OTA (Online Travel Agency websites) , travel agents and hotels own website.... you never know who offers the best deal. Credit cards on various OTA on different days have big discounts. So plan in advance, research and take the benifit of best buy. May to Sept are rainy in Thailand. October - March are best months to visit Thailand
