Great review as always, though i'd like to point out that the Miyota 9029 movement is an automatic, NOT a hand wound ( although you got it right in that it does hack) . Plus its written there on the caseback edge the word Automatico ( Italian for automatic) 😊 Unless what you meant when you said twice that its hand wound is that you were referring to the fact that its an automatic that can be wound manually, this is not a mistake a its often a statement that alot of Japanese manufacturers write as well ( kinda stating the obvious but it seems that this was to differentiate automatics that could NOT be wound manually even if you wanted to )
I was in fact referring to the fact that the movement can hand wind as well as be an automatic. You are correct that there are automatics, mostly older ones, that cannot hand wind. But not the case with this watch, as I noted in the video. But good to point out for readers, especially ones new to the hobby.
just lsaw them at wind up NYC and the owner was sporting this watch with an ultra black dial... idk if that's your cup of tea but it might be worth looking out for...
Many thanks for the honest professional revew .

This watch in the Ultra Black? Right now that's probably a prototype. But if that goes into production.....yes please sir!!!!!
@@saleendriver Alberto told me they’d be announcing it in a couple of weeks
Then I'll be ordering immediately
What's the purpose of the crown having that gap even when fully screwed in?
@@JonesBK no idea.
@@saleendriver Strange lol. I'm really eyeing that new Nereide Acquaforte that's set to release on the 28th. I think it looks awesome!
I am getting one of those as well. But I probably should ask Venezianico about that gap. Might be an interesting explanation.
