Before the Escalade, the one time CEO of Cadillac said they would never put the Cadillac emblem on a truck. Never say never. If it weren't for the Escalade, the Cadillac brand would like not exist today. I'm just glad to see the more subtle Cadillac name and (not giant like the Wagoneer) or a in a million places. on every surface. You don't need to remind owners of the car they bought. It really does need a muted exhaust switch for morning startup, however. You want the neighbors to admire your vehicle, not hate it, or hate you for buying it. And yes, the middle seat should have been ventilated too.

I've had an Escalade since 2001 through all the model changes and have had ownership of all the versions. I currently own a 2021 Platinum, I'm not sure the need of one of the particular model??
These days the Escalade is the Bugatti of SUVs. It is not the fastest, its on Class of its own and nothing competes with it. It’s also every car you ever wanted in one package.
My local dealer Bomnin Cadillac have 2 CT5 Blackwings and 2 Escalade V and man they look so bad ass in person if I had the money I would’ve gotten the CT5. The AR Camera from what the salesman explained to me is when you use the navigation map it will show you arrows on the screen like if we’re on the actual street which is cool. 14:30

Agreed. The lack of express rear windows and cooled rear seats kind of shocked me, among a couple other missing items. GM still being GM unfortunately.

I like it but still favor vertical headlight display on earlier models . They have done a better job of filling the large void left and right of the grill , some people didn’t like the large blank area on first yr model the larger black accents on the fender shorten the blank area a little but something still needs to be addressed for my taste.
More like 13-15 mpg overall. The OD gear helps hwy mileage and the lower gears keep the truck from going into boost when you’re driving easy. The big curb weight is the real issue bc you often have to get it moving from a standing start. I’d bet you could get 18 mpg hwy at 70mph - taking it easy.
This Cadillac Escalade ESV this car is someone I would like to have this kind of looks comfortable even though it's fast and having a car that has 698 horsepower as heavy as it is someone you care a heavy it is I would just want the car for the comfort inn the speed
Imagine paying $700 plus for a tiny fridge in your SUV. Same price as a full size home fridge. A $50 12 Volt Cooler holds a lot more and you can store it anywhere. You lose all that deep arm rest console. No Cooled Rear Seats for that kind of Money on Caddy’s Top Model?

Boy this gen SUV’s and the 19’ to present trucks have no room in the engine bay anymore..this looks like how the engine looked in the 1993 Camaros debut…back half on engine under front dash.no room to work on it..them corner braces in front corners also take away a lot of room as well..nice ride, but designed to keep everyone out of engine bay and just buy a new one when your spark plugs need changed.

As for gas mileage I have an additive that you can use that allows you to use 89 octane instead of 93. Send a self addressed stamped envelope to Eagle Distributors POB 1992 Upper Marlboro Maryland 20773. Include a note that says fuel additive. 🥳
It's kind of sad when you consider it same company that built us 700 horsepower Escalade also built two of the worst crossovers currently in the segment
